RETURN POLICY

The Edge Custom Shop wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you decide you would like to return or exchange an item(s), The Edge Custom Shop will accept an item(s) accompanied by a Return Authorization (as set forth below) within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of such item(s), subject to the following conditions:

The item must be returned with its original packaging and/or tags in perfect condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, The Edge Custom Shop cannot accept returns on underwear, body jewelry, swim suits, and helmets. All other items must be returned in their original packaging in perfect, new, never-worn condition. All garments are subject to inspection (usually within 72 hours of receipt). Items that have already been worn and/or washed will not be refunded or exchanged.

The Edge Custom Shop will not accept returns or exchanges without an accompanying Return Authorization. To obtain a Return Authorization, email including your order number, the item you want to return, and if applicable, the item you want to have in exchange.

Upon issuance of a Return Authorization, please print the Return Authorization and return with your item(s) to the following address. Please note return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post from USPS. Ship via ground method, and insure your package. The Edge Custom Shop is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments. Sale items are eligible for exchange only within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

No refunds or exchanges on clearance items. All sales are final.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. The Edge Custom Shop does not refund shipping charges. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Refused shipments are subject to all applicable shipping charges.

Physical retail store and other online retail purchases not conducted through TheEdgeCustomShop.com unfortunately cannot be accepted for exchanges or refunds from TheEdgeCustomShop.com.

SHIPPING

Shipping rates are based on the destination address and shipping method chosen. You may find the shipping rates available for your order after providing your Shipping Information during the checkout process. Please confirm delivery address before completing check out. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, The Edge Custom Shop. Title to products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when The Edge Custom Shop delivers these items to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier transit times. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in-climate weather conditions.

Domestic and International shipping charges are based upon the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination. International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes, which are your responsibility. These charges must be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country to which the order is being shipped. We cannot ship on weekends or federal holidays.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on products shipped within states where we have physical stores.
